Antique Assuit Beveled Glass Pendant Artisan Alchemy Dark Gothic Unique Focal (#7945)
This pendant is a bit of this and a bit of that - I secured a piece of antique assuit with copper and encased it in a glass and molten solder (lead-free) frame. This is similar to a stained glass technique. The result is a one-of-a-kind pendant you're not going to find anywhere else! The edges of the frame are dark copper with burnished edges. The back of the piece has a raised floral texture. I used a large jump ring as a bail so you can secure this to chain or ribbon easily. This is about 3.25" long by .8" wide. It's a little heavy due to the glass and solder - this weighs 1 ounce or 28 grams.
Do not use jewelry polish to clean. You can use a soft cloth to polish the glass but any other chemical or technique could ruin the integrity of the pendant.
Different monitors and phone apps show colors differently. I do my best to accurately document color using both photos and written descriptions. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
