Beaded Kuchi Tribal Dress Yoke for Upcycling (#6301)
This is a handmade beaded dress yoke perfect for upcycling projects - jean jackets, bags, clothing, etc. The symbols are made with intention and purpose - there are flowers, evil eye, and perhaps a tumar or tagu - all of these are a talisman of protection. There are no obvious missing beads but there is one area with a small stain. This does not have a fabric backing. The beading is a netting technique which is sturdy on its own. This is a used item from a tribal culture. The yoke was once part of a colorful Kuchi dress. It's about 13" by 12.5".
