Vintage tribal coin pendant from Waziristan - a tribal region located between Afghanistan and Pakistan. The top of the bail has traditional flower bud "spikes". There are three settings, one of which is missing an accent. Visibly aged and worn tribal jewelry. There is oxidation, surface wear, and dusty crevices.
