Vintage, hand-embroidered, Uzbek saya (saye) gosha - sometimes also called "segusha". This one was most likely constructed from a suzani because there is machine-made stitching through the design - shown in photos. The suzani was handstitched, then it was cut down to create this piece, in my opinion. Brightly colored fabric backing.
Measurements: The length of each section is 29" to the center. The textile is 7" tall with the fringe adding a few more inches.
